Pixmania.com is not an auction site. The prices shown are fixed and include VAT. However, shipping fees are not included.
Your products are displayed in two different ways (for the countries you have chosen to deliver your products to):
1° You are the only seller and the product is in stock: the product information sheet presents with the price, shipping fees and delivery times that you have determined.
2° There are several merchants: the product information page shows the main merchants, offering a list of alternatives to choose from. Information is displayed according to different criteria (prices, ratings, reviews, delivery times, etc.). Only the merchants who hold the product in stock will be displayed.
The customer purchases his product in the usual way and pays for his order using one of the different methods of payment
available on Pixmania. The customer’s payment is validated and secured by our fraud screening and prevention tool, and the order is then
transferred to you. An order summary is also saved in your PixPlace Merchant Interface.
Once you have confirmed the order to the client, you have 24 hours to process the order and dispatch it.
After payment of the fees and commission rates, the total amount due for the order will be transferred to your bank account on the agreed date (with cash-in available every two days !).
Returns & After-Sales Service
In accordance with legislation, all buyers have a legal retraction deadline, which varies depending on the country of sale.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to make contact with you to confirm his return. You must notify us and confirm the authorisation via your Merchant Interface. Pixmania will start the refund process once it has received authorisation from the Merchant.
If a product is returned during the retraction deadline, Pixmania.com will refund the customer directly. The credit note that results from this refund will be deducted from the monthly total amount that is paid to you. All other types of refunds must be handled by the Merchant.
The management of the After-Sales Service is also Pixmania.com’s responsibility.
